The Banquet Chef reports to and collaborates with the Executive Chef on menu planning, productivity, cost control, and ordering processes to ensure production meets business levels. This role is responsible for daily menu creations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our event kitchen, and mentoring a passionate culinary staff. The Bartender Lead at Hotel Versailles + Silas will be responsible for the timely and friendly delivery of food and drinks while creating memorable guest experiences. This individual must possess a background in advanced bartending techniques, a natural ability to manage time, and a second-to-none knowledge of beverages and cocktails (or the overwhelming desire to learn). In-depth menu knowledge is necessary to ensure safe service to guests with allergies and restrictions.

The Banquet Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional event dining experience for all our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to provide an excellent experience so our guests will want to return. As one of the primary contacts for guests during our premier events, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

The Server provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience at Silas Creative Kitchen. Each server’s primary objective is to provide our guests with an excellent, memorable experience so they will want to return. As a primary point of contact, the server is responsible for serving food and beverages with a warm, professional touch. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

The Busser/Food Runner is responsible for bringing back dirty dishes to the dishwasher, cleaning tables, and maintaining a pristine dining environment. You should have a general knowledge of our seasonal menu, as you will be expected to help run food to guests when needed. Finding ways to say “yes” to provide the best customer experience is your main priority in this fast-paced environment. Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
